Job Description
- Design, iterate, and evaluate high-performance prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Run experiments using few-shot, zero-shot, and prompt chaining techniques.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and backend engineers to fine-tune interactions.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries for different use cases, industries, and tones.
- Test outputs for bias, factual accuracy, hallucinations, and safety.
- Contribute to custom GPT/LLM model fine-tuning and evaluation pipelines.
- Document prompt frameworks and design patterns for internal reuse.
- Suggest new prompt types to support product and content workflows.
- Keep pace with research in LLM prompt engineering and integrate best practices.
- Ensure all prompt systems align with ethical AI and UX guidelines.
